With the formation of Kraft Opich, LLP, in 2008, attorneys Douglas H. Kraft and Martha Evensen Opich continued an association that began in 2003 when Marty became of counsel to Douglas Kraft & Associates, a Sacramento law firm founded by Doug in 1999. Now, as then, Doug and Marty focus on representing and counseling lenders in commercial and real estate loan transactions and litigation, including bankruptcy proceedings. All matters undertaken by the firm are handled by Doug or Marty personally, or by experienced attorneys working under their supervision.
